Ed Bratter, Technical Architect

Ed has over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry as a Systems Consultant, Systems Engineer, and Technology Specialist. He architects, designs, and manages Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, and RSA SecurID solutions for Gotham’s clients, and provides technical expertise for Active Directory, Exchange, and Citrix.

Michele Kyle, Training Director

Michele is responsible for planning and operations of Gotham’s Technical Education Center, which provides multi-platform, instructor-led, and self-paced technical training to a national customer base. Michele designs curricula combining vendor-certified and custom courses; manages vendor, instructor, and corporate customer relationships; and advises students on training options based on a solid understanding of business and technology requirements.


Josh Ledford, Technical Architect

Josh joined Gotham in 2015 as a Technical Architect with a variety of previous architecture, engineering, and admin roles in virtualized environments. He is responsible for analysis and design tasks and provides technical leadership in enterprise engagements.


Ryan Lee, Technical Architect

Ryan is a Technical Architect working out of our Connecticut site responsible for architecture and design of application, desktop, and server solutions. Ryan holds multiple technical certifications and has worked as an IT analyst, engineer, and consultant for companies in a variety of industries.


Hemant Patel, Technical Architect

Hemant has over 15 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies and network management, with wide exposure to different hardware platforms, operating systems, messaging systems, thin client technology, and packages. With thorough knowledge of installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Citrix environments, Hemant’s experience ranges from systems administration to project management.


Ken Phelan, Chief Technology Officer

Ken is one of Gotham’s founders and its Chief Technology Officer, responsible for all internal and external technology and consulting operations for the firm. A recognized authority on technology and operations, Ken has been widely quoted in the technical press, and is a frequent presenter at various technology conferences. Ken is the Chairman of the Wall Street Thin Client Advisory Council.

As manager of Gotham’s Virtualization practice, Hank builds motivated, productive teams for Gotham’s large-scale networking and infrastructure engagements, develops implementation standards and methodologies around virtualization technologies, and manages overall design and implementation of multiple infrastructure projects.

Pablo has more than 12 years’ experience in Information Technology, dedicated to Information Security for the past six years. Pablo provides technical expertise and manages security and infrastructure products both for Gotham and for clients. Pablo also teaches Check Point courses through Gotham’s Technical Education Center.


Brian Wagner, Principal Architect

Brian has over ten years’ experience in the planning, design, and implementation of technology solutions. He supervises technical specialists at projects, and has spoken at many technical seminars. Brian is an application integration specialist with experience configuring over 1,000 applications to work in multi-user environments, and manages Gotham’s thin client and server consolidation practices.
